Material:
10 LBR still skinned white bread, cut into 6
600 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut
3 eggs
50 g sugar
200 gr brown sugar, sliced thin, for 10 parts
2-3 young coconut, meat sendoki
- pandan leaves, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon salt
- banana leaves, for wrapping
For 10 Wrap:
1. Stir in egg, coconut milk, salt and sugar until sugar dissolves. Take 2 LBR bananaleaf, give 1-2 pieces pandan leaves, 1 / 10 parts of brown sugar, 6 slices of bread, and1-2 tablespoons kelama puda, pour approximately 100 cc coconut milk mixture. Wrap,steamed until cooked.
2. For variety add chopped jackfruit / durian cooked in coconut milk.
