Sate Rakyat - 250 ( indonesia )

materials:
1 kg mutton / beef
150 ml soy sauce
pepper to taste
salt / flavoring to taste
red onion 5 eggs.

how to make:
1. cut meat dice form, and skewer with satay prick until blended, set aside.
2. grilled meat until medium rare.
3.campur pnyedap taste / ir dengana salt to taste, then briefly grilled with soy sauce tocoat evenly.
4. grilled until done while inverted back and smeared the remaining seasonings andsoy sauce.
5. Serve skewers with red onion and chilli cut in pieces.
