Pindang- Iga- Palembang ( from indonesia )





Material:
1 kg of beef ribs, if you can find a lot of young bone
8 spring onions, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass
3 cm turmeric, finely sliced
3 cm ginger, thinly sliced
3 cm laos, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons tamarind water from ± 3 eye tamarind
3 pieces of red chilli, deseeded be split 2
3 pieces of green chilli, deseeded be split 2
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste
1 bunch basil, picked
1 leek, chopped
1 tomato, cut into 8

Directions:
1. Boil till soft beef ribs
2. Saute onion, garlic, bay leaves, sere, laos, turmeric, and ginger
3. Pour the seasoning stir into the stew had ribs
4. Enter Javanese tamarind water, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt
5. Enter the red chilli and green chilli, bring to a boil again
