Sweet Spicy Sauce ( from indonesia )





Material:
7 medium potatoes
enough oil, for frying
Sauce:
8 tablespoons garlic cheese, ready to buy
50 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Method:
Wash potatoes, bake in oven until dry and mature skin, remove from heat.
Split the two parts of steamed potatoes, scrape the contents of potatoes and leave theskin edges 1 cm thick, the contents of potato puree for sauce.
Cut the potatoes 4 pieces lengthwise, heat the cooking oil and fried potato skins untilcooked and dry, remove from heat.
Sauce: mix garlic cheese, heavy cream, tomato sauce, honey, and potatoes finely, mix well. Add chopped parsley and stir well.
Serve the potato skins with gravy.
